Good evening. Could I pass on my gratitude to all your staff this week for their helpfulness and hard work they have shown.
What with the road closures in London over the bank holiday weekend and changes of routes they experienced, they have gone out of their way to help me at all times.
Yes we have had a few issues with product placement and so on, which of course we need to indicate, but their willingness to work and get the job completed is to be commended.
I have thanked them all personally but can you please pass on my gratitude to them all for their continued hard work and co-operation?
